      INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

      The shipping time is made within the next 3 to 4 business days to the logistics agency (FedEx), and this will be in charge of delivering your order in the shortest time possible to your country of residence, tracking can be done through from the FedEx platform.

       

       

      Delivery periods are tentative and therefore are not considered strict deadlines. The mere fact of having exceeded a delivery period will not give you any right to compensation. To do so, a notification of non-compliance must be sent to ILLARI SOUVENIRS.

       

       

      All orders will pay a monetary value referred to the Cost for Shipping, previously accepted before payment, except where otherwise indicated promotionally. This additional amount depends on the shipping area and the rates of our logistics providers (FedEx). In the event of a return, this charge is non-refundable.

       

       

      Options in case of delivery problems * Delivery times are referential and are counted from the time our logistics providers pick up your order in our warehouses, we will notify you of this with an order email sent at which time you can start tracking your order.
